Howard Brazee What kind of exercise, with what specific goal?

Lois Bujold Core strength, to spare the arthritic spine going forward (which, being full of joints, turns out is as subject to arthritis as hands and feet), some upper body strength training, as that part of me has about the muscle tone of a mushroom. Alas, exercising is not a task one can hire someone else to do for one. (Well, yard work, but that only helps the yard.)

Ta, L.

Andrew Actually you can hire Thai masseuses to give you a "passive yoga" massage, which is pretty close to having them do the exercise for you. They'll stretch, knead, and walk all over you, literally. Your muscles will feel it afterwards, especially if you've never gotten a Thai massage before, or done yoga.
