I think when people say they have a block, it's really just fear of writing what they really want to write. Two truisms can help: "What other people think about me is none of your business" and "There are 3 kinds of truth: my truth, your truth, and the truth." Only write about what feels right and true for you.(less)

The Use of Voice in Non-Fiction
