So glad, Judy, that you have such a wonderful support group in your family. I'm worried about how I will manage without any family closeby if something ever happens to me. I'm pleased to hear how quickly you bounced back, and appreciate your explanation of the changes in hospital ways. I haven't been in since 2001, so I'm sure nothing is the same. Except: it sounds like the nurses are still the foundation of our medical system, as they have been in as long as I have been alive. Thank God for nurses, and may there continue to be good people who want to go into nursing. They are so necessary.
Thanks, Cindy. I haven't exactly bounced back yet--got a journey ahead of me, but I feel fairly confident about it. Yes to nurses--both days I was in the hospital I had outstanding nurses and was so grateful for them.
You know your boys would come running if you need them.
