Zindan ( زندان ) is a passionate fiction writer in Urdu language. His real name is Adil Mehmood, but he always like to present his literary work with pen name i.e. Zindan / زندان. He born and raised in Pakistan and settled in Europe since 2002.

His main area of interest is writing short story fiction in Urdu language. His first book Nagufta /ناگفتہ published in 2018, 2nd book Fareb /فریب with its English Translation "Perfidious" published in 2021, and 3rd book is Dehar /دہر in 2026 .
