I don’t like the writing and I keep finding ellipses and poorly framed sentences on each page. It’s very disappointing.

I just saw and Oh My God! Please dnf it 😟 and if not, use the audiobook, maybe? I listened to this on audio and I think my experience was a tad bit better than yours. At least I didn't have to go through the ellipses 😅

Well, you can always dnf it if it's really causing you so much misery... I understand it's not easy to do, I barely ever do it either, but sometimes is just a necessity for our own mental health. Not every book is for everyone and that's okay.
Oh man, I read a book that went to town with the over use of ellipses so I get the intrinsic painful feeling of them :/

Well, at least they mostly finish a sentence without applying ellipses. The book I read literally didn't go three or four words without putting ellipses between the dialogues. It was really hard to get into the book *sighs*
