Well someone seriously doesn't have a life lol. Also, you could go the obvious route of blocking them (although I don't know how many people are involved and that might be a lot). And then there's also deleting the tweet but I'm also the kind of person that wouldn't want to just so they don't have the satisfaction.
Whoever's done this has unknowingly revealed themselves to be a big-ass *I-have-nothing-else-to-do* stalker. This is showing you that you're important in the most ridiculous way. Let it pass and meanwhile, let's do what we've always done - i.e READ and RANT
