Only a few pages in and he has already caught my attention with the concept that poetry can be non-fiction--what a novel concept!

I must write this thought before it escapes my mind. Robinson very clearly spells out the issue of the American correctional system and its relationship to American education failures. W. Edwards Demming made the grand case for trying to create quality products by showing how inspection (testing) for quality fails when the failure to produce quality begins well before the point of inspection.
