Clary is still an idiot, though she hasn't annoyed me again as badly as she did early on in the book. Jace is trying too hard to come across as a troubled bad boy. Or rather, Clare is trying too hard to make him that way. I'm not buying it; he's just an annoying child. And the info-dumping! Good lord, the info-dumping!
