This is an exceptional book. Without spoiling it- how this ends is simply devastating. It gave me a sense of hopelessness that still lingers a couple weeks later. It reminds me why we must pay attention to politics. The will of the loud can enslave the polite.

Can't wait for the last book in the series. Even though I finished this a couple years ago I still think about it.
