I wish that me and my colleagues in Belgium read that book before, it would have avoided so many misunderstandings and confusing situation. It definitely is a must read if you are an immigrant working abroad in a different culture than yours

I am a bit lost as i thought the book was about Pandora the Greek myth but the begining is talking about someone with an antique shop

Writing style is addictive but the story seems to not love forward. It's like being stuck in a time loop

She lost me when she started including too many political elements and a very judgy part about Morocco. Also, the paragraph about the french language lacked a lot of research. it really gave me cold feet and impacted my reading to see that there is not enough research behind and just too many stereotypes and personal interpretations

The concept of body terrorism is very interesting and super concrete!
