Romain (12) and I had read and liked the Maze Runner series (5 books) very much. I told him he should try the first book of the other series of James Dashner. Well, after only a few chapters Romain was hooked and urged me to read it too. So I oblige. He thinks it’s more for adults (than the MR series) because there is talk of death and killing from the very first pages.
