A little slow but I still enjoy myself

Highlands in 1747 😍😍 just after the Jacobite rebellion. My gosh I love that part of history and all that Scottish language 😍🥰 plus after a very disappointed sci fi, this luscious and flowing writing do makes my heart flutter 🍃

Almost there

Very slow... Getting a bit annoyed at the endless and useless descriptions just feels like fillers...

Almost half way through and definitely felt like I've been slapped in the face.. I honestly think it wouldn't have felt the same if I hadn't drilled through the second book..

Bit confusing and slow 🤷

Feels a bit like forever... I'm glad I get to know more about the director, the lighthouse keeper and Control.. but it seems to take on forever....

Not too sure I'm enjoying it...

Curiosity is killing me I'm glued to this book I'm having a hard time putting it down lol

Very intriguing but also a bit confusing on some parts 🤷 strangely I like it a lot so far, very mysterious

The writing is somewhat different just like the descriptions which is very romanesque and elegant I have to remind myself that this short book was published in the 1800 and can sometimes be confusing a bit

A little bit disappointed... Hopefully the end will pick it up ...
