The story of the Bolsheviks removing the labels from bottles of wine made me think of something really fun! It would be cool if the restaurant had made batch mixed wines each day and then selected dishes that would go best with them... or what else are they going to do with all that wine. OR maybe you taste the wine and then choose the dish.

I am excited to see the unfolding of the rest of this series. This felt like a very solid and interesting start but not an exceptionally compelling narrative.

It was very compelled by the overall narrative and the world created and characters portrayed but this initial book was a little empty.

I want to know what the "skill" is!
