"but... Why?" that's the same question I'm thinking about. I keep questioning the plot of this story 🤔

Thaking a bath as a way of relaxation is something I haven't tried because I haven't had the opportunity. It is curious the popularity of it. Then, maybe someday I will give it a chance.

"Mind wondering" for sure is an interesting trait if we achieve to master it by not feeling guilty about it and identify where and when could be great to do it. I'm gonna try to be more conscious about it.

It may be exhausting to be "tired of ourselves" but we also have to remember that we are humans learning to live everyday and even giving our best efforts somedays we could be good and other ones will could be bad.

At the end it is important to give us the opportunity to learn how to rest, accept us, love ourselves, learn, experiment and so on to little by little became "circles".

Both being from anyone or from ourselves we should learn "how to accept love".

Also, it is quite meaningful that most of situations are "just perspectives". It is simple and kinda evident but I forget it most of the time.

One of the reasons why I enjoy reflexion and "live in the moment" is that there is not strictly necessary to "have a reason for everything" there are situations, opinions, feelings that just are.

"I have no interest in them but I'm hoping they are interested in me"

What a conflictive thought but I kinda relate to it in some situations.

It is important to be conscious of our appearance but not fully rely on that consciousness.

I agree that watching TV could be a great way of rest if you take responsibility of your schedule and you are aware of the content you watch.
