April comes and goes and so does the restrictions. With people booking to come to the shop, she’s getting excited for what lies ahead

Alba’s mother is turning 102. COVID lockdowns are stricter and will be until June. Books selling well online. Getting new accessorie items in for variety

More Covid warnings but finally the stockings have arrived which will prove to be a good seller

Alba tells us about the struggles of running the bookshop during Covid. The trials of the poor weather and restrictions. Travelling to Florence to see her daughter and looking after her parents

She talks about the fire that happened in her bookshop and how the community came together to help

Alba lives in a quiet part of Tuscany and opened a bookshop. She explains a bit of history about her dad and his eyesight. Each entry has books that have been ordered that day

Haymitch returns home. His house is on fire and his ma and Sid are dead. He attends the funeral and sees his new home in the victors village. He escapes to wait for leonora dove. She arrives and he feeds her gumdrops. They’ve been poisoned by snow. She then dies.

Haymitch wakes up
Many times and is back in the apartment on his own.
He’s eventually taken to the victory parade where he watches a heavily edited recap of the games

Wellie is murdered by the career. Haymitch and the career have a fight off. Haymitch tricks the career and beats her. And then unleashes the bomb

Maysilee dies but haymitch promises to try and win for her. Haymitch finds the last remaining newcomer. She’s not doing too well but he climbs to help. They recieve chocolate and he even drops some for the last remaining career

Haymitch and Maysilee encounter some peacekeepers/gamesmakers and 2 careers. After escaping, they manage to make their way through the hedge to the edge of a cliff

Haymitch gets lost in a maze and then finds some careers. With the help of Maysilee, they defeat 3 of them and work together to get through the maze.

Haymitch runs with Lou Lou trying to hide her from the capitol. Eventually having to leave her due to the butterflies. He manages to find the way down. So he sticks a stick in to help him later. He finds Ampert and they spend a bit of time together. Haymitch blows up the water and ampert is brutally murdered by the squirrels.

Haymitch grabs a back and runs north in the games. Finds somewhere to hide out after surviving poisonous water. Lou Lou finds him and they go in search of her snake (but really he’s in search of what he needs to do). She then runs ahead and finds flowers but is poisoned. Haymitch screams enough

Beetee explains the plan to switch off the arena. Which haymitch will have to do. The newcomers form an alliance. And the interviews go really well. Effie sorts out costumes and makes them look the part.

Haymitch sees Plutarchs home: and snow appears. He’s not well. Snow explains that haymitch has the option to die peacefully or horribly in the arena. Then Louella appears but it’s not her. Once back at the apartment, haymitch keeps watch for the night

Haymitch and everyone is put into training. They do some knife throwing and then haymitch meets Beetee. More tributes get together to form an ally’s.

Haymitch forms a bond with Louella and as they arrive in the capitol everyone is ushered to change and shower and be made ready. A delay in leaving and the same overalls are disappointing. A carriage mishap and they crash, louella dies. Haymitch takes her to Snows mansion and leaves her. A boy from 3 wants to form an allyship

The peacekeepers go for leonora and haymitch intervenes. He then gets picked for the reaping. He gets one fleeting last moment with his family before being ushered off

It’s haymitch’s birthday. And it’s also reaping day. He does a bit of work before meeting Leonora for a quick kiss before the reaping.
It’s a quarter quell which means 4 kids get picked. Neither of them are picked however the second boy gets shot for trying to run away
