Finally getting back into this book. I do know what happens in this book/ a vague idea because I’ve seen the movie. But I really like how Lestat and Louis actually work together. It’s an interesting way to show how love turns abusive but it makes me question of Lestat actually wanted Louis around for company or if he actually cared deeply for his company.

5 more chapters to go. I weirdly relate to Alia character though you don’t get a feel for her existence yet. Something about “growing up without a childhood” really hits hard for me
