How you can create an offer which people can’t refuse? This sounds good for few businesses where they can actually create such a kind of offers. Also, author mentioned how you can create such kind of offers while asking few questions. When developing an offer, you also need to cover the objections of your customers. You have to be trusted if you want them to buy your product or service.

The author mentioned about one page business plan in the sixth chapter. The template of question is given about how to write it. If your mission statement is within 140 characters, it sounds good. Author also mentioned the seven steps to instant marketing. All in summary, if you can converge your product/service with the need of the people, your business will be successful. This is the simple thumb rule.

Who are your target customers? You don’t necessarily have to think of them in categories such as age, race, and gender. Old school marketing is based on persuasion; new school marketing is based on invitation. The customers are not always right, often wrong. Use possibility list and decision making matrix to prioritise business ideas.

In this fourth chapter, the author has described about the roaming entrepreneurs. How lots of people are earning money while working from anywhere. Lots of people want to be an entrepreneur because they are more focusing on “anywhere” in the above line than “work”. You have to be focused and keep working wherever you are. Blogging and content writing is one way to earn from anywhere.

Follow-your-passion businesses have more chances to be successful if it follows the fundamentals of business. In this third chapter, author provided examples of entrepreneurs who are successful in business with their own passion. Few people don’t mix up their work with passion. Nobody will give you money for your hobby or passion. You have to find a way to help people using your passion for which people pay to you.

Great book to learn how to start business.
It mentions three simple key ways to look into to start business.
1. What you sell (product or service).
2. Your customers (People willing to pay for it).
3. How you’ll exchange a product or a service for money (a way to get paid).
Everything else is optional.
Most important to successful business: merge your passion and skill with something that is useful to other people.

Habit 6: Synergy.

The author has provided lots of examples of synergies where the output of a combination of 1 plus 1 becomes 4, 8, or probably more. To achieve synergy, one must be able to attach to the first five habits. It is very crucial to achieve private victory first to achieve public victory.

5th Habit: First to understand, then to be understood. The author conveyed a very good message through lots of practical examples. Try to understand another person deeply, listen empathically, and go deeper into the problem. If you do that, another person can trust you and open with you very soon. Also, the first three habits would help you not to be too servile towards another person.

I'm excited to start this book once I complete the last part of Harry Potter. In the first two chapters, Lord Voldemort is planning to kill Harry. He was with Snape, Bellatrix, Narcissa, Lucious, and other Death eaters. On the other end, Harry was reading about the childhood of Professor Albus. He got angry on Rita Skeeter's spurious article. Excited to move ahead.
