I’m sure the problem is me but I don’t like how much time we’re spending talking about all of these men in this book that’s supposed to be about remembering the contributions of badass women!!! like just how many times is our main character going to learn that men will lie right to her face??

I hate to say it but this historical fiction novel about the perils of the vietnam war is entirely too long and repetitive
