There's something very funny about a werewolf being named Bat.

Some things are way too repetitive. I don't need to be told three times in less than 100 pages that the London Institute had some time of protection not even the Clave knew about. I get it. Move on damn. I still don't care about Emma and the Blackthorns. The dialogue is somehow getting more melodramatic. They're truly 16 and this is deep™. RIP wolfie. Always happy to see Raphael.

Izzy and Maia as always are the highlight. Jace is surprisingly bearable in this. I still don't care at all for Emma and the Blacktorns.

After taking a break of 8? years from this series, time to finish it I guess 💀 I remember mostly nothing and I'm currently horrified that Simon is stuck in a 16 year old's body for eternity and that the trainwreck of the previous five books happened in the span of barely a year apparently?
