Helicopter Money: money the govt. can metaphorically drop from helicopters to those people in need. An appealing idea, but: "once citizens realize that money can be found on a 'magic money tree', politicians will be under fierce and relentless public pressure to create more and more, which is when inflation kicks in."

De-growth Activism?

Periodic pauses in the economy! Who wants to live through 2020 over and over again? Mental health stability anyone?
