Now it all makes sense:

It is the destruction of logic that disarmed the victims, and…the destruction of definitions. Definitions are the guardians of rationality, the first line of defense against the chaos of mental disintegration. P77

“Because I felt like it” is not a definition…of anything. P78

I have to reread this again bc I'm perplexed at the uproar over Calvinism/Reformed Christianity these days. So I thought it would be good to revisit what Calvin believed and see what he did to stir up the modern Christians.
