I’m pretty disappointed so far. This reads like a poorly researched middle school essay. Many references to ‘one study says,’ or ‘a notorious study suggest,’ without offering any reference or context. It feels like Chopra is talking out of his ass about a theory he’s making up on the spot…. I really hope this improves.

Still have Covid but I finally have enough energy to read again. Yay
