I wonder if people who lived through other pandemics find it fascinating to see pandemic life in books or tv?

Gotta do a reread since the third is coming, plus I have more sad books that I’ll need a reprieve from.

And now we are sad again.

The Scottish accent is great, but it does slow my reading down.

This is going to be interesting, I picked it on the title alone but I’m curious about where it will go.

I’m still not sure if I’m in the right headspace, but I want to read it, I want to be sad but also know people survived and keep hope.

Didn’t think I’d reread this, but it’s so opposite of the news and my life that when I saw it on Libby I had to borrow it.

I was really looking forward to this one. And then Monday happened, and Friday happened, and Saturday happened. Here’s to a better week where I will have spoons for this type of story.
