Liked this book I like star trek novels that have the crew slap hang in the middle of a civil war which is what happens in this book the author has got the characters of Kirk Spock and McCoy spot on. The supporting characters were good as well the character of ambassador Jordan is your typical ambassador who doesn't want to get his hands dirty and is more interested in his career
