how am I supposed to react if a character says tears contain parts of a person’s soul and then licks the tears off the cheek of their friend

like yeah they were definitely “just really good friends”

spacing out my readings of each chapter to match with the original serialization dates is fun until I finish a chapter and realize I gotta wait a week to read more 😭 the problems I purposely inflict on myself because at the time I thought it would be fun

I’m just trying to make up for my terrible chinese literacy okay

reading this after recently watching the residence and wake up dead man is making this probably even more of a painful experience because this is That Bad and That Much of a waste of my time

my brain is too focused on the unexplored potential of how society would be different if it is established and considered common fact that hell exists to care about what’s going on in this story

I feel like this can only go poorly

the eternal question “is this good or do I just like vampires”

I start aging faster every time I have to read a book where the main characters get into a relationship and kiss before I even get halfway through it

world is cold and cruel but this book gives me hope

why is it that so many pieces of media that I enjoy include eye trauma mentions or at the very least things related to eyes that stress me out
