After reading 25 pages it seemed like another translation might be better. This was available on Hulu from my local library. I have requested the physical edition of Cambridge University Press edition translated by Mary J. Gregor. This appears to be the authoritative edition and though sounds like Kant's language is difficult, at least I will be confident of it's accuracy and referenceability.
