Great so far...can't wait to learn more about all the geeky gadgets I can use to get healthy!

I'm savoring this book - reading just a little bit at a time, but I already know I'll be buying it in hardback to keep forever.

Lots of yin and yang stuff...still feeling it out.

I'm enjoying JSF's use of typography and graphic design in his writing. He never forgets about the visual aspect of a reading experience.
