Reached the end of 'book 2' and taking another break here. I am REALLY into this now. The characters feel so alive, and King's ability to write a believable community of people is so impressive.
Nick, Stu, Fran, Larry, Glen, Harold and Nadine all feel like people I'm invested in, for better or worse. Nice to also get a clear confirmation of the meaning of the book's title.
