The first story, by Glen Hirshberg, has just terrified me stark raving senseless. I think the last time I was this frightened was Susan Hill's The Woman in Black, and Sarah England's Father of Lies. Wooo. So glad it's daylight. {Overcast, gloomy, 5 PM}
