This is a very, very, very slow book. Over halfway through and I'm rather bored. There better be a good pay off.

To rest is actually a way to enjoy and honor the goodness of God's creation ad out own...sabbath is therefore a celebration of our design.

The gospel frees us from the relentless pressure of having to prove ourselves and secure our identity through work, for we are already proven and secure.

Getting the gospel right and keeping it right is the key to getting life right. Pastors protect people by proclaiming and preserving the gospel. They make sure the gospel is never assumed.
