Every moment of this book is absolute pain. If it weren't so informative I'd have abandoned it LONG ago. I will say, having seen Prof. Kemp lecture in person, his writing style is a direct reflection of his ability to enrapture a crowd generally. I highly recommend that people read this book, but in 15-20 page increments.
