A very interesting story about a present love and past love, one ending very harsh. Still though, it’s wrong to read someone else’s journal.

Lots of bloody cyborg action.

A very bleak and dark sci-fi action manga with a slow story so far, giving me “Battle Angel Alita” and “Terminator” vibes.

It keeps getting sad and bleak.

I’ve been wanting to reread Lyra’s story again for ages, and also since the third book in Pullman’s other trilogy is coming out this fall. I’m so entranced by it.

Both these two young lives has lost the most important things in their lives.

Boy, this novel really is about a lot of broken happiness and tough times.
