this ending seems a bit rushed. All those new, important characters who are welcomed to your house in times of war...

This last chapter slows down the reading flow... it's all very interesting, but not what I wanna read after this great psychosomatic war chapter. Do we really need to be introduced to new characters, a new location and time setting + more or less a new world order in those last ~80 pages?!

Please, can someone remind me not to stop reading a book midway through a chapter? It took me quite some time to get into it again...

Interesting, but that kidnapping/rescue scene was a bit rushed and kind of stupid...

The first 2 chapters were quite interesting. Nice start.

Oh my.. I liked the book for the first ~200 pages but this romance part I killing me.. it's all: 'Matthew' - 'Diana' - ' Matthew.. they are all looking at you' - 'Diana! No, they are looking at YOU' - 'Matthew, no, you are so beautiful and drawing their attention.' - 'Diana. You are much more beautiful!' - 'Matthew' - 'Diana'... Oh my gosh... I can't...

I hope this will be over soon. And then the wine tastings.. urg
