By the end of the book,Katie had adopted many children and saved a lot of lives. She also ha te blessing of her parents now. Even though she had to leave her whole life, she would do it all over again.

Katie had to leave Uganda to go to college like he promised her parents. She was really sad so after her first semester, she returned back to where all of her children greeted her. She has adopted more children and has spread her faith to more cities. Katie helped a girl who was paralyzed walk and turned a lot of women away from prostitution and things similar to that.

Now, Katie talked about her trip back to the USA to visit her family and she realizes how much happier she is to be in Uganda. She also adopted more children and couldn't be happier to do so. Katie also talked about some of the hardships she went through with the kids in Uganda , but somehow miracles always lifted their spirits up.

So far, Katie has talked about her days in Uganda and how different it is in the United states. She makes you realize that compared to counries like Uganda, we are considered part of the richest people in the world. She also talks about her love for the kids in Uganda and she sees so much more than what meets the eye.
