Bryce and Hunt's reunion was very... underwhelming? Not what I was expecting at all

Honestly, I don’t need more of Hunt and Bryce, write the rest of the book about Ruhn and Lidia

I'm starting to see why people were surprised I like Ithan, bro needs to chill

The historical info dump was pretty interesting, I'm glad we finally know more about what happened, but I'm looking forward to Bryce getting out of these caves. I also knew absolutely nothing about Nesta going into this, but she's really growing on me!

I think maybe Nesta has silver flames, but I’m not quite sure, maybe they’ll tell me about it some more in the next chapter

I am enjoying this, but there’s someone nothing happening, and too much happening at the same time - none of the plots are being given time to go anywhere, so it’s a bit frustrating

This might be the first book I’ve ever read where the love triangle actually feels like a proper triangle, feels like any combination of the three of them has equal chances of happening- I’m definitely routing more for Isaac and Samuel than either of them with Shan, mostly just cause she’s a bit irritating, but maybe I’ll change my mind!

I kind of wish there were a few less POV characters in this book - mostly i'm interested in what's going on with Bryce and Ruhn/Hunt/Lidia, could do with less Tharion! Hoping his story becomes a bit more important at least, didn't really see the point of him in the second book

If Shan describes herself as demure one more time i'm gonna scream, please find new words!!!
