Many of the early reviews of this book give it a 1 star. None of the "critiques" are substantive and a large number of them come from accounts that were clearly created for the sole purpose of giving this book a bad rating. In the profile of these people, this book is the only book they've "read". That says a lot.
So far, very good. Preface and Intro is mostly setting the stage; definitions, major figures, etc.
