This book came out in the early 2000s. Lutzer quotes someone predicting there would be an increase in people "renting wombs", where children are produced and sold. I've only recently heard about commercial surrogacy industry, which is apparently a billion-dollar industry. Dave Rubin got a lot of attention for doing this recently.
