I'm about half-way through Moby Dick. The first 100 pages or so were really enjoyable but ever since the ship set sail I've been struggling. I read somewhere that the pace is intentional and was meant to give the reader the experience of being on a whaling ship. That is, lots of nothing and then short bursts of action. I'm looking forward to some of the action...
