I was really enjoying and then lost this book. Will hunt a bit more and then repurchase. Grr

This chapter made me consider the contrast between the impotent silence of Baal when mocked by Elijah, and the omnipotent silence of Jesus when mocked by the crowd and the Sanhedrin.

And the reality that each disfiguring blow to the face of Christ serves to make our faces more like the one we will have on that day we are face to face with a holy God - redeemed.
