Well... the story grows on me. Still struggles with the writing. I'm intrigued by Kaan and Reave's real story.

I understand NOTHING! The chapter on the third person makes no sense. Even more as the audiobook. There are two voices alternating the reading, a man et a woman voice. It's so weird.

So she took on a big man by herselt BUT the man... sorry the MALE doesn't move, have no reaction at was she's doing... he's just here, being stabbed. Poor writing. If he's supposed to be evil, make him do or say something.

Page 20, chapter 2, and I already HATE the writing. The comparisons are overwhelming and unnecessary. The worldbuilding is already hard to understand, but the writing doesn't make it easier.
I just read that: "I battle the urge to let my eyebrows bump all the way to my hairline." WHAT THE FU**!
I MEAN SHE BATTLED THAT URGE! BATTLED???

The writing is so strange. I don't like it. No description whatsoever. Feelings? Nope. The writer is telling the emotion, not showing it, and I DON'T LIKE THAT. For example. The girl is mad, and out of nowhere, she just stabs someone... BUT we don't see her getting mad to the point she has to act. She just said... Yes, I'm mad.

That half-orc has a thing for breasts. It's very annoying sometimes. And why not use the correct words? It's a NIPPLE!

During the spicy scene, I never know if he's behind or in front of her. The writing is so weird.
