I just started reading this even though it's been on my shelf for years. I picked it up at a used bookstore, having been wanting to read it ever since I first saw "A Christmas Story" when it was released on VHS. Already, The story has found its way to the infamous BB Gun!

Just completed the first section, and was considering putting it away for a bit but will read on through the second section. Love the characters (bounty hunters, gamblers, former galactic dictators), but am worried that the set up will not be paid for at the end...

Started reading this to the family tonight, after supper. A wonderful story so far.
