This is pretty good, actually!

Pretty good so far. Could still go either way at this point though.

I think I see how this story is going to end, but I'm probably wrong.

Wanted to get started on this as soon as I finished the first book. Shame there are only 2!

All the interesting stuff happens to this one family. I'm enjoying it, but it seems a bit crazy that every single family member has something unusual happen to them, or they've got some sort of fascinating story.

Daddy's Big Girl was pretty cool.

I prefer Ether, OR to Unlocking The Air, but they're both good.

I'm glad that the stories aren't all the same as the first one.

I had no idea what I was getting myself into with this. I haven't read anything be Le Guin before, and I picked this up almost at random from the library, partially because I thought the title said "Unlocking the AI" because of a library sticker on the side obscuring the R.

I'm still on the first story right now, and I just had to stop to do some research and figure out what on Earth I was reading.

I'm flying through this. Looking forward to seeing what happens. I wonder what this "demon" is.

Picked this up at the library on a whim. Found it was already in my list of books to read. I liked Adrian Tchaikovsky's book Children of Time. This seems sort of familiar in a good way already.

So far it's been pretty much just one story with little aide stories here and there. I suspect it's about to change a lot though.

I caught up on all of the days I missed in the middle of the year. Now I just need to stick with it for a few weeks and I'm done.

I wish I had the kind of memory where I kept track of all the interesting things in this book!

This is pretty weird. At least some of the same characters returned. Surprised to find that Merlin is going to be a character.

This book is definitely missing the adventure feel that I liked about the first two books. It has much more of a George Orwell or Isaac Asimov social commentary/sci-fi feel to it.

I'm not sure how this is really a sequel at this point. One previous character was mentioned explicitly, and one was referred to indirectly, but that's it. There's nothing else in common so far, but I think that's about to change.

I'm catching up on the old words, but also reading the words for the current day, so I've got two bookmarks in the book at the same time. I just need to remember when I've caught up to where I started to be on the correct date again (September 19th for my future reference).

Completely abandoned this for a while, now I'm playing catch-up to finish it by the end of the year.

There's a lot of heavy stuff going on in this book. I was surprised to find the same antagonist in the second book as the first.
