It's hard to read in the sense that I have to put it down frequently to process what it's saying. Currently it speaks of time being an illusion and the present moment is all we have, which is fact. But he says to forget about clock-time and past/future and only remember past if it's to learn a lesson and apply it to NOW. The text can be condescending in the question/answer format.
