I have reached the point where I cannot stand this main character and also the point where this book just needs to end already.

And she’s stolen another book idea from her dead friend.

Yeah… I can’t stand this character. Impatiently waiting for the shit to hit the fan and still wondering how this story will play out. I hope I don’t regret falling for the hype of this book & author since these are what made me buy it when it came out.😑

I love this series but nothing frustrates me more than when the author seems to randomly kill off a female character.

I’m alternating between listening to the audiobook and this time she’s killed off a woman through a gruesome bear attack and I actually yelled “Why the fuck was this necessary!?” while listening to the audiobook. 😫

Working on reading this because it has been on my TBR for.

So far it’s okay. If the goal is for June to be as unlikable as possible, then it’s succeeded. And, in today’s social media climate where I’ve seen recent incidents of a POC getting their work stolen, I’m wondering how this will end.

Naming the kitten Pooter has me crying laughing right now. 😂🤣
