I am learning a lot; however I disagree with this book being a linear step-by-step process where you have to finsih one chapter before moving to the next. I think we all travel through these stages but in a different order sometimes, and some stages we linger on while in others we move on quickly. I'm getting good awareness though of areas where I want to grow.

Wow, this book is bringing up more "stuff" then I thought it would. Very helpful. :)
