Reading this for our book club read along. At first I struggled with understanding the world, especially because I started right after Crescent City 2. But this book already makes me think about life threads and love threads and fate threads. Interesting concept.

I'm on a third of this book and so little has happened. But am I surprised? No. Because CC1 was a freaking slowburn as well. Definitely hatereading this one, because I know in the end it will be good. But why do these books have so many pages for so little information. Especially in the beginning... Sarah could've skipped half of the book to be honest.
