What I find more shocking is all the people who read this and are getting sick because of how the humans are treated.
Grow up! If you are eating meat this shouldn’t come as a surprise. You’re just lying to yourselves 🙄

What does this book want to achieve? Except for shocking those who don’t want to accept the truth behind where their meat is really coming from?

I mean, it’s shocking, clearly it is but it’s something that is happening every second to animals so … what?
It reads quickly, well written but you could also just read about factory farming and it would be the same thing.
If you can eat animals and live with the knowledge how they are killed this book shouldn’t be as shocking as most people make it out to be 🤷🏻‍♀️

This is absurd to me.
I know it’s meant to be edgy but really it’s kind of absurd. Meat is indeed meat. Justifying to kill sentient beings is absurd and this thought experiment is so as well.

The first two parts were really really good but now I feel myself getting annoyed. Was a solid four to five stars but if this doesn’t pick up again it’ll be a three stars.
