First Upton Sinclair. Great historical background dressed up as a novel. Amazing how it is so applicable to our times. "(We the people) have neither peace nor freedom, until they have abolished the system of production for profit, and established in the field of industry what they are supposed to have already in the field of politics—a government of the people, by the people, for the people."

Cute little novella, not at all horrible.

Actually I am reading The Complete Works of Atisha, published at Aditya Prakashan in New Delhi, 2000, which is not at Amazon.
