We should not feel embarrassed by our difficulties (anger,envy, other negative emotions) o let by our failure to grow anything beautiful from them. Raphael also had to learn to be a great painter and was not born a genius! But he learnt from the best rather than be consumed by envy.

Great book but it needs to be read s-l-o-w-l-y to let all the concepts and their meanings really sink in.
