I am not a fan of this so far. This author writes like he is trying to prove he is a good author. I feel overwhelmed by the constant filler that really doesn't need to be there. It just slows the story down and kills the pacing. Not to mention the story is just not scary. It comes off more like a long X-Files episode. However, I am going to keep reading in the hopes that it gets better.
